60kph. The wind propably blew the 50kph sign around to face the wrong way.

Very unlikely the wind. Twisting signs is one of the oldest and most popular "gags" in Ireland. It must be hilarious at 3am with 10 pints in you, but annoying when you end up at the arse-end of nowhere because some brilliant comedic "genius" sent you the wrong way.
