Speeding fines

I heard a great one about speeding fines in Finland.  Basically, when caught you are fined based on how much you earn each year.  I think it makes senses. I mean 100 euro wouldnt hurt a high earner that much but 3 or 4 thousands might haha Let’s do it!!!!

New Provisional License Laws
