Instead of putting our hands up when we get a speeding ticket we look for loop holes in the law to get away with it. We follow in the footsteps of our political leaders , "when in a hole, keep digging" we reward corruption by voteing them in again, so why are you surprised people are not bothered by bad driving. Up to recently we had 300,000 l plates on our roads, now we have 300,000 learners with no l plates on our roads. We just have to bring back the stocks for shite drivers to be displayed on the market square and be pelted with rotten fruit and veg. It was fun being able to have a platform for the ordinary Joe Soap to write an article and have it on a major website in seconds, with pictures and in stereo! Now all us grumps will just have to go back to writing cranky letters to newspapers that get ignored anyway or published on page 38.
