And you see a fair bit of lunacy on the roads there. But for sheer selfishness, lack of observation and planning, oafishness, not watching what goes on around and just plain blocking other people so they can't move while they're not moving out of sheer spite (dare you not get ahead before me you little bollix) , the Irish are the absolute, undisputed, supremely ruling, no contest every time, champions of the Universe.
