More bad parking examples

A perfectly able-bodied woman un-necessarily takes up a disabled space @ Dunnes Stores. Here she is, loading her shopping into the car from a trolley. There were plenty of free spaces not twenty yards behind her.

Car parked in the “KEEP CLEAR” zone at the Local Government Offices in Dundalk
– again, with plenty of unused parking spaces within 20 yards.

Did you say anything to this able-bodied woman? I wonder how many people would?

God no, Warden… I won't mention what area exactly that Dunnes is in but suffice to say I keep myself to myself when I'm over there!

I just quietly snapped her with my camera phone while grabbing a trolley for myself…

Too true, do you think if you approached people they would day "Yes, you're right. I have behaved in a selfish manner. I will change my behavior in the future and take other people into account. Thank you for bringing this to my attention".
I'm sure what they would actually say isn't fit for print here or anywhere and in the future they'd be twice as oafish because they get a kick out of annoying people.
The only thing they understand is an €80 fine and I'm sure they'd fight that till the last.

Was this Dunnes at the Marshes? Had an "altercation" there myself with some young one who parked in a disabled spot out the front. I asked her why she was parking there seeing as she didn't have a badge and didn't look to be disabled in any way, to which she replied:

"Fukkk offf…. who are you? Da police? I'm only goin' inta Pennys for 10 minutes so mind your own bizniss"

    Nice.

I said I wasn’t going to specify where it was, but no – it wasn’t Dunnes at the Marshes.

Go to Killarney the home of bad parking, cars abandoned left right and centre, blocking the main street to go to the bank leavbing their "parking" lights on.
