Usually when I encounter these idiots, I come round on the outside of the driver, tap on the drivers window (usually interrupting their phone call/text message/paperwork) and inquire if there is any particular reason why they are blocking the routes for cyclists. The more practically-minded cyclists around me will often hop up on the path for a few seconds to get past the idiot. I presume that given your vociferous criticism of cyclists law-breaking, you have never broken a 50 kmph speed limit yourself -right? It would be just a tad hypocritical to criticise cyclists like this if you regularly break speed limits yourself, wouldn't it?
